1. ABOUT UDDG
These Terms of Service govern your use of the UDDG website, online store and related services.
UDDG — Underdogs & Damaged Goods is a trading name operated by:

In these Terms, “UDDG”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to NV C&B, trading as UDDG. “You” and “your” refer to any visitor, customer or user of our Services.
Our online store is hosted by Shopify, which provides the e-commerce platform that allows us to offer and sell our products.
By visiting our website, creating an account or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, Shipping Policy and any other policies made available on our website.
Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer rights granted to you under applicable Belgian or European Union law.
2. ELIGIBILITY AND ACCOUNTS
You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to place an order.
You agree to provide current, complete and accurate information when using our Services or placing an order. You are responsible for keeping your account details and login credentials secure and for activity carried out through your account.
You may not transfer, sell or assign your account to another person without our prior written permission.
We may refuse, suspend or terminate an account if we reasonably believe it is being used unlawfully, fraudulently or in violation of these Terms.
3. PRODUCTS AND PRODUCT INFORMATION
UDDG creates apparel and related products inspired by outsiders, underdogs, damaged goods, punk culture, street culture and independent creative expression.
Many UDDG products are produced on demand after an order is placed. Production and fulfilment may be carried out by specialised third-party production partners, including Printify and its connected print providers.
We make reasonable efforts to describe and display our products accurately. However:
• colours may appear slightly different depending on your screen, device and display settings;
• positioning, scale and colour intensity of printed designs may vary slightly between individual products;
• small variations resulting from the printing or production process are not necessarily defects;
• measurements may vary within normal manufacturing tolerances.
Please consult the product description and size guide carefully before ordering. Selecting the correct size remains the customer’s responsibility, without prejudice to statutory rights relating to defective or incorrectly supplied products.
Product descriptions, availability, designs, colours, sizes and prices may be changed before an order is placed. We may discontinue products or restrict quantities where reasonably necessary.
4. LIMITED EDITIONS
Certain UDDG products may be released as limited editions. A product is only considered limited when this is expressly stated on its product page.
Where a maximum quantity is advertised, that limit applies to the specific combination described on the product page, which may include the design, product type and colour.
Availability is not guaranteed until an order has been accepted and payment has been successfully processed. Cancelled, refunded, fraudulent or unsuccessful orders do not necessarily count towards a limited-edition total.
Where UDDG provides an edition number, digital certificate, card or other proof of participation in a limited release, this is intended as part of the brand experience. It does not represent a financial instrument, investment, guarantee of future value or ownership of intellectual-property rights.
5. ORDERS AND CONTRACT FORMATION
When you place an order, you make an offer to purchase the selected products.
An automatically generated acknowledgement does not necessarily mean that we have accepted the order. An order is accepted when we confirm acceptance, begin production or send confirmation that the order is being processed, whichever occurs first.
We may refuse or cancel an order for legitimate reasons, including:
• payment failure or suspected fraud;
• incorrect product or pricing information;
• an unavailable product or production option;
• delivery restrictions;
• breach of these Terms;
• quantities suggesting unauthorised commercial resale.
If we cancel an order after payment has been received, the relevant amount will be refunded using the original payment method.
Because products may enter production shortly after an order is accepted, voluntary cancellation or modification requests cannot always be accommodated. This does not affect any statutory right of withdrawal that applies to your purchase.
Products purchased through our consumer store are intended primarily for personal use and not for unauthorised commercial resale.
6. PRICES, TAXES AND PAYMENT
Prices are displayed in euros unless another currency is expressly shown.
Consumer prices include applicable VAT unless expressly stated otherwise. Shipping and handling charges are displayed separately before the order is completed.
For eligible destinations within our configured European shipping zone, standard shipping is currently €6.95. Free standard shipping may be offered for qualifying orders of €70 or more. The applicable amount shown during checkout takes precedence.
Customs duties, import taxes or local charges may apply when products are delivered outside the European Union customs territory or to a territory with special tax or customs rules. Where such costs are not collected at checkout, they may be charged by the relevant authorities or carrier.
You agree to provide accurate payment and billing information and confirm that you are authorised to use the selected payment method.
If an obvious pricing or technical error occurs, we may contact you to correct the order or cancel it and issue a refund. We will not use this provision to retroactively increase the price of a correctly accepted order.
7. PRODUCTION, SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Estimated production and delivery times are displayed for guidance and may vary depending on the product, print provider, destination, carrier and order volume.
For our configured core European shipping zone, the estimated transit time for standard shipping is generally 7–14 working days after production. Production time is additional unless expressly stated otherwise.
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates. We will nevertheless fulfil orders within the time required by applicable consumer law.
UDDG remains responsible for the goods until they are physically received by you or by a third party designated by you, other than the carrier, except where you independently commissioned a carrier not offered by us.
Please provide a complete and accurate delivery address. Additional costs caused by an incorrect or incomplete address supplied by the customer may be charged to the customer where legally permitted.
If a parcel is delayed, lost or shown as delivered but has not been received, contact us promptly at info@weareuddg.com so that we can investigate.
8. RETURNS, WITHDRAWAL AND WRONG SIZES
Returns, exchanges, cancellations and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy and by applicable mandatory consumer law.
Consumers in the European Union generally have the right to withdraw from an online purchase within 14 days after receiving the goods, without giving a reason, unless a valid statutory exception applies.
The mere fact that an item is produced on demand does not automatically remove the statutory right of withdrawal.
A withdrawal exception may apply to goods that are genuinely made to the customer’s individual specifications or are clearly personalised. Where we rely on such an exception, this will be clearly communicated before purchase.
If you return a non-defective product because you changed your mind or selected the wrong size, the direct return costs are normally your responsibility, as explained in our Refund Policy.
Please check the size guide carefully before ordering. Producing only what is ordered helps us avoid unnecessary products, wasted materials, packaging and transport. This is part of why we ask customers to choose sizes thoughtfully.
If we supplied the wrong item, or if a product is faulty, damaged or materially different from its description, UDDG will bear the reasonable costs of the legally appropriate remedy.
Do not send products to our registered office or to a print provider without receiving return instructions from us. Unauthorised returns may be refused or may not reach the correct fulfilment location.
Our registered office is not a physical shop, showroom, customer-service desk or public return location. In-person visits and returns are not accepted unless expressly agreed in writing.
9. DEFECTIVE OR NON-CONFORMING GOODS
Your statutory rights remain fully applicable.
If a product is defective, damaged, not as described or otherwise non-conforming, contact us with your order number, a description of the issue and, where reasonably necessary, clear photographs.
Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, you may be entitled to repair, replacement, a price reduction or a full or partial refund.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or reduces the minimum legal guarantee or other mandatory remedies available to consumers under Belgian or European Union law.
Damage caused by normal wear, misuse, incorrect washing or care, accidental damage or alterations made after delivery is not considered an original product defect.
10. PROMOTIONS AND DISCOUNT CODES
Discount codes, promotional offers and gifts may be subject to separate conditions, including validity dates, eligible products, minimum order values and usage limits.
Unless expressly stated otherwise:
• only one discount code may be used per order;
• discount codes cannot be exchanged for cash;
• discounts cannot be applied retroactively;
• promotions may be withdrawn or corrected where affected by fraud, abuse or a clear technical error.
If promotional conditions conflict with these Terms, the specific promotional conditions apply to that promotion.
11. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The UDDG website, brand identity and creative materials — including designs, illustrations, artwork, graphics, photographs, videos, text, slogans, collection concepts, product presentations, logos and their selection and arrangement — are owned by or licensed to UDDG and are protected by applicable Belgian, European Union and international intellectual-property laws.
You may use our website only for personal, non-commercial shopping purposes.
Without prior written permission from UDDG, you may not reproduce, copy, download, modify, trace, imitate, republish, distribute, sell, license, commercially exploit or create derivative works from our designs, content or brand materials.
Purchasing a UDDG product does not transfer any copyright, trademark, design right or other intellectual-property right to the purchaser.
You may share photographs of legitimately purchased UDDG products for personal and non-commercial purposes, including on social media, provided that such use does not falsely imply a commercial partnership or endorsement.
Unauthorised copying, reproduction, commercial use or distribution may result in removal requests, platform complaints, claims for compensation and other legal measures available under applicable law.
“Shopify”, its branding and its related product names belong to Shopify. Other third-party names, brands and content remain the property of their respective owners.
12. CUSTOMER CONTENT AND FEEDBACK
If you voluntarily send or tag us in photographs, reviews, comments, suggestions, stories or other content, you confirm that you have the right to share that material.
We will not use customer photographs in paid advertising or imply formal endorsement without obtaining any permission required by applicable law.
Reviews and feedback must not be unlawful, misleading, abusive, defamatory, discriminatory, obscene or infringe another person’s rights.
We may moderate or remove content from areas under our control where reasonably necessary.
13. ACCEPTABLE USE
You may not use our Services:
• for unlawful, fraudulent or malicious purposes;
• to infringe our rights or the rights of others;
• to upload malware or interfere with website security;
• to impersonate another person or provide deliberately false information;
• to collect personal information unlawfully;
• to scrape, reproduce or commercially extract our content or product information;
• to circumvent technical, security or access-control measures;
• to place fraudulent orders or misuse promotions, payments, returns or chargebacks.
We may restrict access or cancel affected transactions where we reasonably identify unlawful activity, fraud or serious misuse.
14. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES AND LINKS
Our Services may use or link to third-party services, including Shopify, Printify, payment processors, carriers, analytics providers and social-media platforms.
Those third parties may process information or provide services under their own terms and privacy policies.
We are not responsible for independent websites or services that we do not control. This does not affect our responsibility as seller for fulfilling your order or complying with mandatory consumer law.
15. RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY
UDDG is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the online store and related technical Services.
All purchases made from the UDDG store are made directly from NV C&B, trading as UDDG. Shopify is not the seller of UDDG products and is not a party to the sales contract between you and UDDG.
Nothing in this section removes any responsibility that Shopify may independently have under applicable law for its own services or conduct.
16. PRIVACY
Personal information collected through our Services is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data-protection law.
Because our store is hosted by Shopify, certain information is also processed by Shopify and by service providers involved in payments, fulfilment, delivery, security and operation of the store.
Please read our Privacy Policy for further information about the personal data we collect, why we use it, with whom it may be shared and the rights available to you.
17. SERVICE AVAILABILITY AND ERRORS
We make reasonable efforts to keep our Services available and accurate, but temporary interruptions, maintenance, technical errors or incorrect information may occur.
We may correct typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions and update information where reasonably necessary.
We may change or discontinue website features without prior notice, provided this does not improperly affect orders or rights already acquired by customers.
18. LEGAL WARRANTIES AND LIABILITY
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or mandatory consumer-protection obligations.
We remain responsible for performing our obligations under the sales contract and for remedies required by applicable consumer law.
To the extent legally permitted, we are not responsible for indirect commercial losses suffered by a consumer that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was concluded.
We are not liable for losses caused exclusively by:
• incorrect information supplied by the customer;
• unlawful or improper use of our Services;
• unauthorised modifications to a product;
• circumstances outside our reasonable control, subject to our obligations under mandatory law.
19. EVENTS OUTSIDE OUR CONTROL
We are not responsible for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control, such as natural disasters, war, civil unrest, major transport disruption, strikes, epidemics, governmental restrictions, infrastructure failures or serious supply-chain interruptions.
If such an event materially affects an order, we will take reasonable steps to minimise the impact and will inform you where appropriate. Your mandatory cancellation, refund and consumer rights remain unaffected.
20. SUSPENSION AND TERMINATION
You may stop using our Services at any time.
We may suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary because of fraud, unlawful activity, security risks or a material violation of these Terms.
Termination does not affect rights or obligations that arose before termination, including payment obligations, refund rights and provisions that by their nature should continue, such as intellectual-property and liability provisions.
21. SEVERABILITY AND NO WAIVER
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be applied to the maximum extent permitted or removed where necessary. The remaining provisions will continue to apply.
A failure or delay by us in enforcing a provision does not mean that we waive that provision or any related right.
22. TRANSFER
You may not transfer your contractual rights or obligations to another person without our prior written consent, except where applicable law permits otherwise.
We may transfer our rights or obligations as part of a legitimate business reorganisation, merger, sale or transfer, provided this does not reduce your mandatory consumer rights.
23. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTES
These Terms and purchases made through the UDDG store are governed by Belgian law.
If you are a consumer residing in another country, this choice of law does not deprive you of mandatory consumer protections granted by the law of the country in which you habitually reside.
Disputes will be handled by the courts having jurisdiction under applicable Belgian and European Union rules. Consumers retain the right to bring proceedings before the courts available to them under mandatory consumer-jurisdiction rules.

24. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We may update these Terms to reflect changes in our Services, business practices or legal obligations.
The version in effect when an order is placed generally applies to that order, unless a change is required by law or is more favourable to the customer.
Material changes will be communicated where required by applicable law. The latest version and its update date will remain available on this page.
