SHIPPING POLICY

- SHIPPING DESTINATIONS
UDDG currently ships to the countries and regions that are available for selection during checkout.
If your destination cannot be selected at checkout, we are currently unable to accept an order for delivery to that destination.
- MADE-TO-ORDER PRODUCTION
Most UDDG products are produced on demand after your order has been accepted. This approach helps us avoid unnecessary stock, material waste and transport.
Production normally requires several business days. Production time may vary depending on the product, availability, production partner and order volume.
- SHIPPING RATES
Standard shipping costs €6.95 per order.
Free standard shipping is available for orders with a merchandise subtotal of €70.00 or more, after discounts have been applied.
The shipping rate and any applicable free-shipping offer shown during checkout will apply to your order.
- ESTIMATED DELIVERY
The delivery estimate shown during checkout or in your order confirmation is an estimate based on the information available at that time.
Standard transit after dispatch is generally estimated at 7–14 business days. Production time must be added before dispatch. Weekends and public holidays are not counted as business days.
Delivery may take longer during busy periods or because of circumstances outside our reasonable control, including carrier disruption, severe weather, customs procedures or incorrect delivery information.
Unless another delivery period has been agreed, orders will be delivered within the period required by applicable consumer law. If we cannot deliver within that period, we will contact you and your statutory rights will remain fully applicable.
- SPLIT SHIPMENTS
An order may contain products made by different production partners or at different production locations. Your order may therefore arrive in more than one parcel and on different dates.
Where available, separate tracking information will be provided for each parcel.
You will only be charged the shipping amount shown during checkout. UDDG will not charge an additional shipping fee solely because an order is divided into several parcels.
- TRACKING INFORMATION
When tracking is available, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email after your parcel has been dispatched.
Tracking information may require some time to become active after the shipping confirmation has been sent. Please also check your spam or junk folder.
- DELIVERY ADDRESS
You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address during checkout.
If you notice an error, contact us immediately at info@weareuddg.com. Because orders can enter production quickly, we cannot guarantee that an address can still be changed after an order has been accepted.
If a parcel is returned because the address was incorrect, incomplete or inaccessible, reasonable reshipping costs may be charged where permitted by law.
- DELAYED, LOST OR DAMAGED PARCELS
If tracking has not been updated for an unusual period, or if your parcel has not arrived within the communicated delivery period, contact us at info@weareuddg.com. Please include your order number.
We will investigate the shipment with the relevant production partner or carrier. You will not be required to resolve a lost shipment directly with the carrier yourself.
If a product arrives damaged, incorrectly printed or different from what you ordered, contact us as soon as possible and include your order number and clear photographs of the product and packaging.
Nothing in this policy limits your mandatory legal rights concerning delivery, conformity, repair, replacement, refunds or statutory guarantees.
- TAXES, CUSTOMS AND IMPORT CHARGES
Applicable VAT is included or calculated as indicated during checkout.
Depending on the production location, delivery destination and applicable customs rules, a shipment may cross a customs border. Any known taxes, duties or import charges will be displayed or collected during checkout where possible.
If a carrier or customs authority unexpectedly requests an additional payment, please contact us before making the payment so that we can investigate.
- LIMITED-EDITION CERTIFICATES
Where a product forms part of an officially numbered UDDG limited edition, its final certificate may be issued separately from the physical product.
To preserve the integrity of the edition, the final certificate and edition number may only be issued after the applicable 14-day withdrawal period has expired and the order has not been returned or cancelled.
The certificate may therefore arrive digitally or separately and does not necessarily form part of the product parcel.

- CHANGES TO THIS POLICY
We may update this Shipping Policy when our delivery destinations, production partners, rates or legal obligations change.
The version published on our website at the time of your order will apply, without affecting any mandatory rights granted to you by applicable consumer law.
